Job Description
– Advise the Company's Leaders on human resources and administration work to organize and develop regulations to meet management requirements.
– Build labor budget, organize recruitment, and supplement sufficient labor resources to meet the Company's business requirements.
– Continue to improve job descriptions of organizations and individuals, build a system of management solutions, and evaluate work performance of organizations and individuals.
– Supplement and improve the system of salary, bonus and welfare solutions to encourage employees to work hard and stay with the Company for a long time. Understand how to build and apply KPIs in the enterprise
– Develop plans and methods for training the Company's human resources to meet production and business requirements.
– Resolve issues related to policies and regimes for employees (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Salary, etc.).
– Resolve visa procedures, work permits, etc. related to foreigners
– Labor safety, labor protection, fire prevention and fighting.
– Build a scientific storage system and perform professional and modern office management.
– Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors
Job Requirements
– Experience: 3-5 years or more of experience in human resources and administrative management in a Japanese company.
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher (Priority given to candidates who can communicate in English)
– Skills: Leadership skills, planning skills, organization, supervision, analysis, synthesis, reporting.
– Understanding of organization, management, recruitment and training of human resources
– Personal qualities: Able to withstand high pressure at work. Honest, brave, enthusiastic at work. Creative at work.
