PERIODIC SAFETY INSPECTION SERVICE – HIROSHIMA ENERGY SUPPLY

Safety is always the top priority for HES in all LPG supply systems. To ensure that customers' systems operate stably, efficiently and absolutely safely, HES deploys periodic safety inspection service every 6 months for all customers using the company's products and services.

1. Service objectives

Safety inspection services are designed to:

2. Safety inspection process

HES's team of engineers conduct inspections according to professional procedures, in compliance with current technical standards and fire prevention regulations:

Step 1: Assess the overall risk of the LPG system

  • Test your ability LPG leak at joints, valves, pipes.

  • Evaluate rust, corrosion of pipes, tanks and fittings.

  • Check the performance of safety devices: safety valve, leak sensor, automatic gas cutting device, fire extinguisher, sprinkler head, fire alarm system...

Step 2: Prepare technical report & propose solution
After the inspection process, HES established detailed report on the current state of the system, determine the level of risk and provide specific technical recommendations or remedies, suitable for each facility.

Step 3: Troubleshooting (if any)
When abnormalities or potential risks are detected, the HES technical team immediately implement remedial measures, replace or calibrate equipment to ensure the system returns to its highest safe state.
