Job Description

  1. Human resources:

– Plan recruitment and supervise recruitment activities, ensure candidate quality meets recruitment requirements of departments

– Monitor and update legal regulations related to labor, salary, social welfare for employees, regularly review and propose appropriate solutions to superiors to improve the company's welfare regime.

– Advise the Board of Directors on human resources solutions and policies according to current laws;

– Control monthly salary and wages, overtime data, late arrival and early departure…

– Manage and monitor social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations.

– Control training contracts, probationary contracts, and labor contracts;

– Resolve labor-related issues, including rewards and discipline;

- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors, in accordance with professional ability and functional duties.

 

  1. Administration:

– Control costs and travel routes for outside work of Company employees;

– Receive and send outgoing/incoming documents; control letters and documents entering and leaving the Company;

– Carry out procedures for applying for visas, passports, work permits, temporary residence cards for foreign employees working at the company, and employees going on business trips abroad…;

– Supervise security, cleaning and 7S services in the company;

– Monitor and control activities related to the environment, fire prevention and fighting, ensure smooth system operation, minimize incidents, monitor and update periodic reports…;

– Manage catering services and check the quality of daily meals for employees, ensuring food hygiene and safety;

– Order, manage and distribute office supplies to individuals and departments according to the requirements and regulations of the Company;

– Close debts with service providers and make monthly payment requests, when they arise…

– Create relationships and close contacts with state management agencies in administrative and personnel work, ensuring to always receive maximum support from units,…

- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors, in accordance with professional ability and functional duties.

Other requirements    

– Experience: 02 years of experience in Administration - Human Resources, priority given to working in Japanese companies.

– English/Japanese communication, enough for professional work

– Skills in planning, organizing, monitoring, analyzing, synthesizing, and reporting

– Understanding of organization, management, recruitment and training of human resources

– Good personal qualities, able to withstand pressure at work, honest, enthusiastic and creative thinking

– Priority given to permanent residence in Ha Nam; Priority given to women
