The rainy season always poses many risks when transporting LPG (liquefied petroleum gas). Slippery roads, limited visibility, high humidity… just a small mistake can lead to a serious incident.
👉 To ensure absolute safety for operators, goods and the community, HES shares 7 golden rules following:
Make sure the valve is tight and leak-free.
Check pressure gauge, seals fully.
Only transport gas cylinders with intact labels and undamaged shells.
Use specialized straps to avoid shifting when the vehicle brakes suddenly.
Cover with tarpaulin or awning to prevent rain from wetting the valve or warning label.
Transport vehicles must meet fire safety standards.
Do not carry more gas than allowed.
Be especially careful when crossing slippery bridges, steep or flooded roads.
Do not brake suddenly or turn suddenly.
When loading or transporting gas, any heat source or spark can cause fire or explosion.
Portable fire extinguishers and “Flammable and Explosive” warning signs must always be present on the vehicle.
Avoid any dangerous interactions in the same space.
HES always accompanies you on every shipment, providing Japanese standard LPG with a transportation and delivery process that strictly adheres to safety standards.
