    Job Description <\/strong><\/p>

    \u2013 Advise the Company's Leaders on human resources and administration work to organize and develop regulations to meet management requirements.\u00a0<\/p>

    \u2013 Build labor budget, organize recruitment, and supplement sufficient labor resources to meet the Company's business requirements.<\/p>

    \u2013 Continue to improve job descriptions of organizations and individuals, build a system of management solutions, and evaluate work performance of organizations and individuals.<\/p>

    \u2013 Supplement and improve the system of salary, bonus and welfare solutions to encourage employees to work hard and stay with the Company for a long time. Understand how to build and apply KPIs in the enterprise<\/p>

    \u2013 Develop plans and methods for training the Company's human resources to meet production and business requirements.<\/p>

    \u2013 Resolve issues related to policies and regimes for employees (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Salary, etc.).<\/p>

    \u2013 Resolve visa procedures, work permits, etc. related to foreigners<\/p>

    \u2013 Labor safety, labor protection, fire prevention and fighting.<\/p>

    \u2013 Build a scientific storage system and perform professional and modern office management.<\/p>

    \u2013 Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors<\/p>

    Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

    \u2013 Experience: 3-5 years or more of experience in human resources and administrative management in a Japanese company.<\/p>

    - Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher (Priority given to candidates who can communicate in English)<\/p>

    \u2013 Skills: Leadership skills, planning skills, organization, supervision, analysis, synthesis, reporting.<\/p>

    \u2013 Understanding of organization, management, recruitment and training of human resources<\/p>

    \u2013 Personal qualities: Able to withstand high pressure at work. Honest, brave, enthusiastic at work. Creative at work.<\/p>
